1. Standard Policy (Non-Refundable)
Because our platform provides immediate digital distribution and visibility for your job listings, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once a job listing goes live.
2. Exceptional Circumstances
We will issue a refund or credit under the following exceptional circumstances:
- System Errors: If a technical glitch on our end prevents your job from being posted or displayed correctly, and we cannot fix the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
- Duplicate Charges: If your payment method was accidentally charged more than once for a single transaction.
3. Requesting a Refund
If you believe you qualify for a refund under our exceptional circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction date. Please include your username, the job listing title, and the reason for the request. Send refund requests to: admin@painjob.com
